Le Mans 2011: Ford GT (and perhaps two)

The legend of the 24 Hours of Le Mans is also "small" that manage to get an invitation. This year, the Robertson Racing will debut at La Sarthe.

The Robertson Racing is created by David Robertson, which drives along with his wife Andrea. In 2007, the team has hired a Ford GT motor Elan in the ALMS. End of 2010, the team has fielded a second car for David Murry and Anthony Lazzaro.
This structure has no link with the team of British F3 Raikkonen Robertson, co-founded by Steve Robertson (Raikkonen's manager) and this year became "Double R Racing.

One of two Ford GT Robertson was chosen LMGTE AM, while the other is first alternate in this category.
Being qualified for the race is already a goal for either team, which will count on the help of Dick Barbour, U.S. veteran endurance.

Robertson is delighted to be invited for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He dreams the passage of a boost from Ford, as it will be the sole representative of the blue oval.

Meanwhile, the team will contest the 12 Hours of Sebring, which opens the ALMS season. Boris Said will support exceptionally spouses Robertson, while Rob Bell will be alongside Murry and Lazzaro.
