Changes have occurred both inside and outside - the front of the Infiniti G37 has received a new bumper, grille and optics with "tongues" in the corners. Modified design was also fog lamps, and blocks the main optics now and in standard with adaptive lighting when cornering. To offer a sedan and three new exterior colors: Smokey Quartz, Graphite Shadow and Vibrant Red.
