Spyker's interest in Saab

Carmaker Spyker is interested in Saab and enter talks with its U.S. parent company General Motors (GM).

Investors apparently closing a possible acquisition a good chance of success again. The share Spyker recorded a half hours for the final 17.7 percent.

Spyker in talks backed by its major shareholder Convers Group of Vladimir Antonov, as Spyker confirmed Wednesday. This company has a 29.9 percent interest in Spyker.
