Czech car maker Skoda launched its much awaited compact SUV, "Yeti" in the Indian market on 15th November. Skoda Yeti launched in two variants Ambiente and Elegance and priced at Rs. 15.40 and Rs. 16.62 Lakhs respectively.

New 4x4 Skoda Yeti will be powered by 2.0 liter TDI diesel engine which gives 140bhp with exclusively 6-speed manual gear box and a mileage of 17.67 kmpl. Skoda India already booked 1000 orders on day 1 of its launch. Skoda Yeti comes with 6 airbags.

New IRC series Skoda Fabia RS 2011

Skoda Auto launches limited edition Fabia RS to celebrate 110 years Skoda Motorsport and winning the title on IRC.
On the occasion of 110 years of Skoda involvement in motorsport and winning the title in the rally championship IRC, Skoda Auto launches limited edition of the Beast Skoda Fabia RS.
"All these years we have made numerous and remarkable achievements in motorsport, including the last - winning the championship rally IRC", commented the company, indicating that the celebration of 110 years Skoda Motorsport will take place next year.

To properly commemorate both occasions, the Czechs placed short series Fabia RS, which will be produced in 200 units.
